We are here for you again! With all the comforts you are used to from Hotel Kertess. After the difficult time we have endured together, it is finally time to BE HUMAN again. The beautiful ST. Anton is already waiting for you. A nature park right on your doorstep.

Here we have compiled the most important INFOS so that you can enjoy your holiday to the full as usual.

Stay in Austria:

The 2G rule (recovered or vaccinated) applies as a prerequisite for gastronomy, hotel business, services, culture, sports and trade (exception: shops for daily needs). The 2G rule applies to children from the age of 12.

Current security measures in the resort of St. Anton

Welcome

Meeting each other unfortunately excludes shaking hands at the moment. Greetings can now happen in many ways, a friendly smile, an appreciative nod or wave. By the way, here at the Hotel Kertess it is a combination of the "Namaste Greeting" and good old greetings 😉
Keep your distance and look at each other. Being mindful of each other means always keeping at least two meters distance.

Mouth-nose protection duty

For the guests:
In Austria, there is also a general obligation to wear masks in all enclosed spaces. Children do not have to wear a mask until the age of 6.

For the hosts:
Our employees will all 7 DAYS and after each day off or holiday per ANTIGEN TEST tested and are therefore allowed to work with a normal mouth and nose protection according to the law.

Quarantine

We ask you to use the Regulations in your Home country/State or to contact the responsible Health Department. Since the regulations vary, we can not give you any information here! We ask for your understanding.

Pure pleasure with even more service

Buffets are allowed under special conditions and are further offered in combination with served dishes. At our buffet, disinfection racks are mounted at all entrances and fresh and disinfected presentation cutlery is always on site for each guest.

ATTENTION = Is written here again in capital letters and a distance of one Baby Elephants must please be respected.

Breakfast buffet:

The extensive buffet is of course still available, as usual with a fantastic selection of regional products and prepared with a lot of love.

Coffee & Cake

Delicacies from our patisserie are available as usual. from 16.00 h till 17.00 h at the buffet ready for you.

Bar:

Our hotel bar is open for you from 16.00 o'clock. We look forward to welcoming you as usual with delicious aperitifs and special drinks!
The current regulation from the Austrian government gives from 19.05 a general curfew from 22.00 before. Of course we respect this decision and carry it in the Hotel Kertess.

Private living room? Sure! Shortly before 22.00 o'clock there is a charming last round. You can still end your evening comfortably at the tables - with good music, candlelight and good conversation.

Beauty & Wellness

For our Pool there are currently no restrictions worth mentioning. The maximum occupancy per pool are marked by us, which, however, are hardly reached from our experience.

Pure Organic Spa (sauna area)

All saunas including steam baths are looking forward to our guests. It applies as well as in all other areas of the hotel the Minimum distance of 2m (as of 05/19/21) in all directions. The maximum number of guests is indicated at each sauna & each steam bath cabin by colored signs

Rest rooms

In the relaxation rooms we have already prepared everything so that you can relax well and with distance. Please use the towels and pads prepared in your rooms for this purpose.

Disinfection & hand washing

We have set up disinfection facilities for you everywhere at our public entrances to the spa, by the lift or at the entrance to the restaurant. Please feel free to use them - in addition to washing your hands regularly.

Toilets

Your private toilet is located in your room, please use it preferentially for your own safety.

Air & Ventilation

Our ventilation systems are tested and technically state-of-the-art. Increased ventilation contributes significantly to hygiene.
